Broward County Judicial Center

The Broward County Judicial Complex (BCJC) Midrise Office Building played an integral part in the re-development of the Judicial Complex. The project includes a full renovation and custom fit-out of 64,000 SF on four floors, including renovations on areas for Broward Sheriffs Office. All work was performed in heavily secured areas and included a full retrofit of code compliant life-safety and sprinkler systems. The project achieved LEED Gold certification for the new construction and major renovations from the United States Green Building Council. This was Broward County’s first BIM coordinated Facilities Management project.
