Broward College Science Building

The LEED Silver project for Broward College includes a 52,000-square-foot Science Building and a new Chiller Plant. The Science Building, designed with a steel structure and concrete tilt wall panels, houses classrooms, labs, offices, and student support services. The Chiller Plant features two 750-ton chillers, with infrastructure for four future chillers, five new primary and secondary pumps with room for six more, and a cooling tower with space for two future towers. This plant replaces the old one, enhancing capacity and efficiency to meet Broward College’s standards.
