This LEED Gold Project is home for the “Young At Art”, a non-profit that focuses on stimulating the creativity in children. It is a joint-use facility that also acts as a public library for Broward County. Unique aspects of the scope include art exhibition areas, library space, office and administration areas, entrance lobby, retail areas, as well as art kiln installation.
