Doral Public Works & Police Department

This project includes the construction of a new 23,500 SF administrative and vehicle maintenance building for the police department, as well as a separate storage building of approximately 13,000 SF. The new facility includes administrative offices, vehicle maintenance parts, inventory warehouse, vehicle wash area, fleet fueling island, materials storage, locker rooms, oversized vehicle parking and loading areas. Pirtle also made significant improvements to adjacent roadways. High levels of security and access controls were implemented.
