Dr. Phillips Elementary School

Dr. Phillips Replacement Elementary School is a complex comprehensive project which includes the  construction of a new elementary school over three phases on an existing occupied school campus. Much of the site work was done over breaks in the school schedule to ensure no disruptions to school’s operations, and required strong communication between Pirtle and the school staff.
