Gateway High School

Gateway High School consists of the demolition of nine buildings and renovation of 13 buildings on an occupied campus. New buildings constructed meet High Performance Building Criteria to achieve an EUI requirement of 25 or less. High performance building will be done and consist of the Administration Dept, Gymnasium, Auditorium, Cafeteria and Dining Service areas. Scope: thermal waterproofing, moisture protection, damp proofing, HVAC, interior finishes, doors, windows and carpentry among other.
