Hamilton Elementary School
Remodeling and renovation of 78,615 SF Elementary School for the Seminole County Public Schools. The scope included remodeling of the classrooms, administration, dining, kitchen and media center to accommodate 21st century elementary level instruction and technologies. Particular emphasis was made incorporating elements relating to the engineering and technology magnet program, including robotics. The project also included replacement of HVAC and life safety systems as well as address vehicle circulation and site development.
