The campus currently encompasses seven (7) buildings with an approximate square footage of 265,229 SF. The scope of work included new fire alarms throughout the campus, re-roofing of 6 buildings (approx. 220,000 SF), new fire sprinklers and fire line, replacement of 18 Air Handling Units, replacement of 2 chillers, replacement of switchgear, complete renovation of 7 restrooms, new wood shop, new robotics lab, aluminum canopy replacement and paint on the interior and exterior.
