This 2-story office building is the first LEED Silver Certified building in the Town of Davie. Construction consists of block masonry, cast-in-place concrete, and a pitched standing seam metal roof. The first floor includes a gym and private Class A office space. Second floor includes complete office space that serves as the Pirtle Construction headquarters.
