The project consists of renovation and refurbishing the existing Longwood Elementary School campus for the new school year. Buildings to be renovated were Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15. The project also includes the replacement of HVAC and life safety systems as well as site development. Much of the school’s interior was renovated with new finishes, including new flooring, ceilings, paint and tile. The kitchen was completely gutted and renovated with new wall tile and new kitchen equipment.
