This project is completed in three phases on an occupied campus, with 85% local subcontractor involvement. The first phase consists of renovating the existing classroom facility with major site improvements and constructing a new food service building. Phase two involves renovating the existing cafeteria, and the final phase includes the construction of a new utility building.
