MIAMI BEACH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

This project is located on a tight parcel in a congested urban environment and includes the demolition of the City’s existing facility and construction of a new 23,000 SF, 2-story building. The new building will house administrative offices, parts inventory warehouse, storage spaces, loading areas, oversized vehicle parking and workshops. This will be the first LEED project for the City of Miami Beach and is slated for LEED Silver Certification.
