MIAMI DADE COLLEGE – WEST CAMPUS RENOVATIONS

An extensive renovation and expansion to the existing facilities on an active, occupied campus. The project included two buildings totaling approximately 180,000 SF of office space, computer labs, lounges, book store, main lobby, warehouse and classroom space. One of the buildings was a high ceiling bay warehouse that was transformed into administration and classroom spaces through an addition of a new structural 2nd floor and extensive renovations to the facility.
