The existing Mollie Ray Elementary was demolished and a new prototype elementary school was built in its place. This school is comprised of tilt-up concrete panels, structural steel and standard interior/exterior finishes. The project also exhibits extraordinary offsite utility and road improvements on three sides of the school campus.
