NORTH PALM BEACH ELEMENTARY
This project consisted of replacing seven buildings and the modernization of two existing buildings through three phases. Phase 1 – Demolition of all site utilities, site playgrounds and ball fields and seven existing buildings. Phase 2 – Preparations of the building pad an vibro compaction for the foundations and footings. Phase 3 – Constructing new two-story classroom and administration buildings, modernization of two existing single-story buildings, new play fields, play courts, PE shelter, bus and parent drives, parking, landscaping, irrigation and site utilities.
