Northwest Regional Library

Owner:
Broward County

Location:
Coral Springs, Florida

Overview:
Renovation // 72,000

The construction of this two-story, 72,000-square-foot library began with the partial demolition of the Coral Springs Mall. Once completed, the library was built close to the remaining mall, which had been converted into Coral Springs Charter School. Pirtle Construction managed the project on an occupied site, handling extensive demolition and constructing the entire concrete structure, including the roof. The library features a concrete frame with architectural radius precast panels and a glass curtain wall system.
