NORTHWEST REGIONAL LIBRARY

This construction of this new two story, library began with the partial demolition of the existing Coral Springs Mall. One the demolition was completed, construction of the library structure began within inches of the remaining portions of the mall, which had been previously converted to the Coral Springs Charter School. Pirtle built this project on an occupied site, performed extensive demolition, as well as self-performed the entire concrete structure.
