Pine Hills Elementary School
Pine Hills Elementary School is a 90,000 SF school that exhibited an aggressive schedule. The project involved multiple crews working six days a week for the project to be successful and it was completed on time. The beginning of the project included a demolition phase, which created challenges with unforeseen asbestos abatement. The Pirtle staff worked closely with the school district to minimize the impact of the delayed demolition phase on the overall outcome of the project. The sitework was completed aggressively and diligently upon completion of the demolition.
