South Pointe Elementary School

This multi-story prototype school building is approximately 126,847 GSF with the following spaces: classrooms, skills/resource labs, art, music, administration, kitchen, a dining/multi-purpose room, a media center, and support spaces. Outdoor amenities include a new pavilion, offices, facilities, storage, multi-purpose fields, hard courts, playgrounds, new parking areas, a parent loop, a bus loop, play amenities, exterior walkways and canopies, underground utilities, a storm water drainage system, landscaping, irrigation, and site lighting.
