Timber Springs Middle School

Timber Springs Middle School included the construction of a new middle school that relieved the overcrowding from Avalon Middle School. The school was built on a new greenfield and consists of one large main building for the school operations and one small building for the chiller equipment. The overall size of the school is approximately 174,000 SF. The main building is both a one-story and two-story structure comprised of concrete tilt-up panels with a structural steel framing system. The sitework scope included a significant demucking operation, which occurred over the first two months of the project while construction of the building was taking place as well.
