University of Central Florida Trevor Colbourn Hall

This LEED Gold building is a marquee building on the University of Central Florida campus. The building is 136,786 SF, 3 stories, and it includes classrooms, offices and gathering spaces. The facility replaced one of the oldest buildings on the UCF campus with a modern and sustainable building housing multiple departments and programs. The project included site improvements that involved demolition of the existing building, demolition of an adjacent building, utility infrastructure and landscape enhancements.
