Bill earned his education from Merrimack College and Thames Valley State Technical College, where he studied Civil Engineering. As an active professional, Bill holds OSHA 30-hour certification and is recognized as a Florida Licensed Stormwater Inspector. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Bill is an active member of the Emerald Society of Fort Lauderdale, currently serving as Secretary.
